Register for the 2026-2027 Faith Formation programs – Religious Education & Confirmation Prep!
Tuition for this year remains at $70.00 per student, with a $10.00 late fee per child if the registration is not received on or before September 14, 2026. If you are unable to pay the tuition in full please contact the Faith Formation Office and request a payment schedule.
You may register online or print out a hard copy. Please complete and return ALL forms linked below on or before September 14, 2026. Forms may be dropped off in the Parish Office or mailed to: PO Box 1203, Eau Claire, WI 54702-1203.
